We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Universal Sale. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
Our Returns Window
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return an Item
- Contact us via our Contact page to request a return authorisation.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
