How to Use

1. Before your kit arrives: Log into CGM Club®, watch the short demos, take the hair tests, and get your personalised plan (checked by Heather).
2. Step 0 (first wash only): Use Whoops once to reset silicones and buildup.
3. Steps 1–3 (every washday): Choose Co Wash (dry/frizzy) or Co Wash Plus (oily/fine). Apply to your scalp and lengths, add water for slip, massage, detangle, rinse. Smooth Leave-In through soaking-wet hair (don't rinse). Apply Style It; scrunch, air-dry or diffuse.
4. Steps 4–5 (keep it going): Plop for 10 minutes; pineapple overnight with the coiled band; refresh with the mist bottle as needed.
5. Step 6 treatments (as your plan prompts): Detox when roots feel coated or after swimming/sweat. Bounceback when curls stretch or won't hold shape. Magic Mask when hair feels dry or frizz-prone.
